I can't remember the last time I went out with a girlfriend, and while this isn't exactly Girls Night Out, it sort of feels that way. I'm going with my friend to the monthly Arbonne meeting in Columbia--we'll have dinner first and then a 'meeting' afterward, though since it's my first time, I'm not really sure what they 'do' at their meetings. I don't think I'm going to be diving in full force, since I have a lot on my plate right now, but I am trying to promote it at the B&B and also on the web site, and if you haven't please visit Arbonne.com (see links) to learn more--then let me order for you because I get credit! I'm actually enjoying using the products a lot--and they offer a 'whole life' type of product, so I feel very excited about it in general. Maybe this will be the new 'Brighton' for me...

Today has been sort of a downer--the weather has gotten cold and gray again, and boy does that affect my mood. I can really tell the difference from yesterday. Yuk! I have been working on my 'work' project and am making good progress--tomorrow I'll be gone most of the day with a dentist appt and my counseler in Columbia. Not looking forward to the dentist, but am to the counseling. It's been a while and it will be good to 'talk.' But I won't get much work done, unfortunately... Oh well! It's good to have a day off every now and then, I guess. I may be pulling some weekend hours though, bummer.

One good thing, I did write pages yesterday, and am hoping to get back into the book full swing. It feels good to get it moving again--hope I can stay true to it. I'm almost up to 200 pages, so not far to go to finish. It's going to need a lot of revision, but I'd like to reach the end and just see how it all plays out before worrying too much about that. Anyway, so much for my day...
