Guess it had to hit sooner or later, and all the humidity isn't helping things any... Yuck! Still, it IS summer, after all.
Finally got back to the Y today and really needed it. I could tell by my 'depression' setting back in. Felt better after working out. Next week I'm going to meet with a trainer and up my program. I want to start working on my flabby arms now!
Otherwise did some work, and mostly got ready for tonight's guests, a group who have the upstairs. Real nice people! Tomorrow after breakfast I'm heading over to Williamsburg to do another art fair with my jewelry. Hope I make some more sales--did well at the last one and could use the $$$ for my Chicago trip in August.
A guy came today and trimmed the grape arbor out back. He did a really good job, and I think his son is going to do some yard work for me. With all the rain, the yard is going WILD again! Need to get a handle on it SOON or it's going to be a jungle out there! Can't imagine what it looked like here before we were 'cultivated.'
Anyway, so much for my day!!
